Provider Training Comprehensive Clinical Assessments Part II
After review of the Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCA) being submitted with requests for services and feedback from stakeholders, we have identified the need to improve the quality of these assessments. Often these assessments lack sufficient detail on the current symptoms and frequency, and many fail to provide detailed information on prior treatment history and outcomes.
High quality clinical assessments can make access to care easier for the individuals we serve and allow for better transition between services. They can also help better identify the most appropriate treatment interventions and modalities for those individuals.
Cardinal Innovations Healthcare Solutions will be hosting Part II of the training on CCAs provided in September of 2014. It is strongly encouraged for all practitioners and agencies currently completing CCAs to attend one of the sessions.
