Friday Supper Club at the Cannery A Farm-to-Table Pop-Up Dinner
Please join us as Cannery Executive Chef and Oakland pop-up pro Jeff Rosen creates another memorable Prime Rib supper for your dining pleasure. Three course Dinner includes:
*Chef's choice snack
*Sonoma Heirloom tomato, arugula and avocado salad with sunflower seeds and shaved Fiscalini cheddar
*Marin Sun Farms Prime Rib of Beef au jus with horsey sauce, garlicky mashed potatoes and creamed Bloomsdale spinach
(Vegetarian option: Crispy eggplant "Napoleon" with farmer's cheese, summer squashes and herb "emerald" sauce)
*Peach cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream and olallieberry sauce
