Phil Madeira is a Grammy Award winning multi-instrumentalist, singer songwriter, producer, artist, and author who has spent more than 20 years contributing to the recordings of artists such as The Civil Wars, Amy Grant, Alison Krauss, Vanessa Williams, Keb' Mo', Julie Miller, Mark Heard, and Phil Keaggy, among others. Phil has been a behind-the-scenes shaker and mover as both a band member (Emmylou Harris, Buddy Miller) and session musician/songwriter for top recording acts (Garth Brooks, Toby Keith, The Band Perry, etc.) for many years. Madeira completed production on the acclaimed "Mercyland: Hymns For The Rest Of Us" in 2012 and released his first solo CD in 15 years- "PM" in 2013.
Brian McKenzie is an old soul in the body of a modern day singer songwriter. He started his music career as guitarist for Warner/Giant Records recording artists Kilgore Smudge in the mid 90s. Since parting ways with both the band and heavy rock, he has spend the last 15 years as a singer songwriter, drawing from influences that range from the crooners of the 1940s and 50s, early country, rockabilly and rock n' roll, Americana, to the singer songwriters of today. He blends the ingredients into a cohesive, well mixed drink that you can easily get lost in. Brian's music has been described as the combination of Chris Isaak, Edwin McCain and the Mavericks.
