Meditation for the Soul -- Josephine Laing
Meditation is a gateway to peace of mind. This class will explore a wide range of innovative and traditional methods designed to achieve calm in our fast paced world. From simple techniques to intricate ones, this class will explore how easily it is to incorporate meditation into daily life.
Even if you are already practicing meditation, this course can add additional methods to enhance meditation experiences. Please bring a journal to class
LLCC welcomes back popular instructor Josephine Laing. Participants in Josephine's courses in the past have taken away enthusiastic, helpful ideas that aid in living life in a positive way. Ms. Laing has had 25 years experience teaching in San Luis Obispo County.
