Come celebrate the deep yellow yolks, fresh grassy taste, and fell umami flavor of spring eggs! These special eggs add savory richness and healthful complements to the early vegetables and fruits of the season.  And they make for the meanest desserts! Anton and Federica from Somerset Farm are joining us to talk about their farming and how they raise hens that produce such tasty eggs.  James Goldman, who you have seen in our kitchen many times, is making his debut as lead menu guru at 18 Reasons, giving us yet another reason to celebrate.
