Chinatown Photo Excursion
An 11-hour photographic excursion to unravel the soul of New York Chinatown and offer unique new perspectives of this legendary neighborhood. Equipped with a custom-made map and with guidance from renowned local photographer Ashok Sinha, teams of participants- locals and visitors alike- will go behind the scenes for a day in Chinatown and create original photographic stories of the neighborhood. Each team will submit a photo slideshow story to Sinha who will lead a critique of the works, and award the winner with the title of "Chinatown Culturalista" and a $100 gift certificate to B&H Video. In addition, all slideshow stories will be entered for vote by the Create Culture online community to receive the "Culturalista Choice Award", and a full feature on the Create Culture home page and newsletter.
