Enjoy a slower-than-usual stretch and strengthening class as Kristen takes time to point out specific stretches and exercises that can be applied to your daily routine, from the moment you wake up to work to car rides, idle moments at the beach, and back again.

Check out a few tricks to keep your tresses healthy from June to September. Lulu will share some of her favorite hair saving products as well as offer a quick demo or few for how you can fake "beach hair" or swiftly achieve that picnic-ready retro updo!
