Mindful Sexuality: A Psychospiritual Approach to Erotic Transformation
In Mindful Sexuality, we pay attention to the entirety of our present-moment sexual experience, from noticing our every thought (whether it be a distress-filled belief or a red-hot fantasy) to becoming more attuned to the intricacies of our sexual bodies. By staying mindful and in the momentand by learning to withhold judgmentyou can choose to make sex more pleasure-filled, powerful, and loving.
During this juicy and informative workshop for women, Beth Apfelbaum, MFT, shares insights and guided exercises from one her main bodies of work: Mindful Sexuality. We learn that bringing a lovingly-focused awareness to our sexuality allows us to:
Experience peace and deeply-felt pleasure in our bodies;
Discover the heart of our sexual truths by gently peeling away shame-filled stories;
Give voice to our most charged passions and fantasies, for both healing AND pleasure
Overcome specificeven longstandingsexual difficulties;
Bring our full being to sexevery time!
