APG/ECP is an investigation group founded by longtime paranormal investigator James McCannl. he is a well known contributor to Erie and surrounding communities, leading fundraisers and lecturing on ghost , spirits, and haunting s , With over Hundreds of investigations over the past 13 years. McCann shows no sign of slowing up . They continue there work in helping others understand the science and metaphysics behind exploring the unknown .
