A musical comedy so silly it has been likened to actual congress; The Bipartisan follows Independent Congressman Evan Williams' fight against partisan divisions in Washington. Will Williams successfully spread his compromising ideals or will traditional values lay waste to his dreams and dignity? From the minds of Comedian Joseph Rasmus and Composer John Murrell.
