Belly Dance Blast is a dance and fitness program. You learn a new mini-dance choreography every week. Then we do mat work to strengthen and tone our abs.
Only $10 to drop-in. No need to purchase tickets here, You can pay in class. No contracts, commitments or monthly fees. Classes are in Mt. Pleasant and James Island.
Wear comfortable workout clothes. No belly dance costume necessary. Bring a yoga mat and a hip scarf.
