Producer Dinner: Lamb with Don Watson
Lamb-based meals are an ancient rite of spring and 18 Reasons is teaming up with Don Watson, Morgan Maki, AND Chili Montes to keep this tradition alive. Don owns Wooly Weeders and Napa Valley Lamb, an innovative ranch and mowing operation from which Bi-Rite sources much of its lamb that we break down in-house.  Morgan and Chili are the very butchers and chefs who work with Don. Springtime + Milk-fed Lamb + Morgan and Chili cooking = delicious!
