Indian Home Cooking Class
Love Indian food, but haven't tried cooking it at home yet? Want to spice up your family dinners with some new flavors? Simran Singh and Stacie Dong, the two moms behind the family food blog, A Little Yumminess, will share Indian home cooking tips to get you started. From essential spices, to building block dishes, to ideas for making Indian recipes kid and baby-friendly, this class has depth and just enough breadth. As you learn, Simran and Stacie will learn you through four classic vegetarian recipes together (dal, creamed spinach, raita, and roasted cauliflower) and then eat together. Each participant will go home with an Indian spice starter kid and the recipes from this event.
