Teen Link and Youth Speaks Seattle Benefit Concert
A spoken word and music extravaganza to benefit two incredible organizations both dedicated to providing youth with a place to speak their minds and be heard: Teen Link and Youth Speaks Seattle.
Friday, June 3rd - 8pm
Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center
17th and Yesler $5 for youth, $15 for 21 and up (tickets also available at the door, the day of the show)
The concert will feature performances by Beyond Reality, Buddy Wakefield - two-time World Poeytry Slam Champ, Christa Bell - 2005 Grand Slam Champ - and her band, Geologic of Blue Scholars, Cristina Orbe, The Youth Speaks National Slam team and Seattle Poetry Slam performers.
