Gluten Free Meals with Julieann Moore
This class will inspire you to get back in the kitchen and start making some of your favorite foods for yourself, friends, and family. With these staples the window of creative opportunity to create and provide fantastic meals will be open to you.
This is one of the most anticipated events of the year, Chef Moore will be demonstrating her signature recipe for gluten free Puff Pastry which we will then use to create a range of hors d'oeuvres and use as a base for an incredible first course. As the main we will make an exceptional gluten free pasta from scratch, and finish with an elegant cake and a cookie that will have you fooling yourself into thinking that there is no way this is gluten free!
Complimentary wine will be paired with the meal by our resident sommelier. Class is limited to 20 students.
