Mornings at Seven
A comedy about the intertwined lives of four sisters: Cora,Ida, Esther,and unmarried Arry who are constantly in each other's business.
Cora's husband has "spells" while Esther's husband keeps his distance, Ida's husband just wants their son, Homer, in his late 40's, to marry and move out, and Aunt Arry just wants to be cantakerous. Homer brings Myrtle, his fiance of seven years, home to meet the family. The result is a hilarious mix of confusion, frustration, anxiety, and nosiness. Myrtle tries to maintain her grace and poise, while hoping to get a commitment of marriage from Homer. A story about growing old, growing up, and letting go.
