Mushrooms and Other "Fun-Guys"
Have you ever wondered about the diverse array of mushrooms along the trail? Did you know there are slimes native to our area? Join Chris Kjeldsen, retired Sonoma State University botany professor and an expert on molds, mushrooms, and other "fun-guys" as we learn to recognize the amazing array of fungi and their equally amazing features. This class will primarily take place in the field and will include a moderate hike of 1-3 miles at a slow pace.
