Join Peter Lemon, writer of The Casks, in the third of our whiskey education classes. Last time we covered Scotland, and this month we are heading back Stateside to learn about the rich culture and history of two distinctly American whiskies. Bourbon has been making a comeback in recent years and Ryes are completely a la mode right now as well, so grab this chance to gather a little knowledge to drop on all your friends with waxed mustaches, suspenders, and armbands.
