Summer Garden Wisdom

This is the second of three 2015 Ayurvedic herbal workshops at the Whidbey Institute with Kumudini Shoba.

Listen and open yourself to healing in the summer with flowers and herbs. Bring the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to a bountiful Western Garden full of Pranalife energy! Learn how to apply natural laws of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha to your daily life for balance, strength, and poise.

Kumudini is from a family in Sri Lanka with a long "Vaidhya" (healer) tradition. She is a Master Herbalist who has studied both eastern and western herbs. She also has a master's degree in bio-organic chemistry.

Westgarden volunteers get a special registration rate.
