South Mountain TheaterWorks, Inc. is proud to present SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD, written by Jason Robert Brown. The show is an abstract musical, a series of songs all connected by theme rather than narrative, performed by a cast of 4, each playing multiple characters representing the different facets of life's journey -- from birth to death, relationship to breakup, adversity to redemption -- set to soaring melodies and complex harmonies.
