A culinary collaboration by Chef Jefferson Alvarez, Swallow Tail Culinary Adventures & Le Vieux Pin Winery. This is a unique pop-up restaurant celebrating the wineries 10th Anniversary and Swallow Tail's spring foraged ingredients. Chef Jefferson brings it all together with his elegant, fine dining flair, his menu should not be missed.
Ticket includes: 8 courses, 3 paired wines, a secret location and a foraging chat with Chef Robin of Swallow Tail.
