Evenings in Quarantine: The Zombie Opera
Last October, a new opera played seven performances to a sold out theater. Afraid you missed it? Well, winter is over... the snow is melting... and the zombies are back!
Evenings in Quarantine: The Zombie Opera is an original hybrid theatrical stage and film production by Artistic Directors Bonnie Bogovich and Elizabeth Rishel, featuring the talents of Film Director Barry Bogovich, Special Effects Make-up Designer Arvin Clay, and Director of Photography Edwin Huang.
A full-length video projection serves as the moving, interactive backdrop to this horror opera highlighting some of the Steel City's most prominent iconic locations, and celebrating the keystone creature of Pittsburgh's cultural heritage, the zombie.
"An original multimedia performance, a tribute to the 'Zombie' by Pittsburghers, for Pittsburghers!"
The story follows three college friends, as they navigate through the infected streets of Pittsburgh, PA. Each character must take stock of their priorities as they grapple with the living dead and each other, on their way to a military-controlled safe zone.
Parking is available on site in the Terrace and Library parking lots next to the Eddy Theatre: campus map with parking

Are student tickets for Chatham students only or any university? |

Student tickets are available for any student with a valid I.D. As a side note: Chatham students have tickets available to them. If you are a Chatham student you must contact the appropriate office to request a free ticket. If the free tickets have run out, you may purchase a discounted student ticket. |
