Café Gratitude:
Café Gratitude is a collection of 100% organic vegan restaurants specializing in gourmet raw and cooked cuisines. Café Gratitude creates gourmet dishes with organic produce from their very own farm in Vacaville, CA.
Discover how Café Gratitude follows the principles of raw food preparation and create a menu of great variety and flavors. You won't be able to resist! (Lunch optional.)

True North Health Center:
True North Health Center offers a variety of health services, including a fasting clinic and a (raw and cooked) health kitchen.
Meet Dr. Alan Goldhamer who invites us to join a lecture on the benefits of fasting.

Lydia's Kitchen:
Lydia's serves cooked and raw foods, prepared fresh and fast. There are plenty of healthy choices - whether you want to sit down for a meal or grab a quick snack or drink on the go.
We will meet Lydia and learn about her philosophy. Make sure you take some little raw food secrets home - there will be plenty of time during a Q & A session.
Dinner optional.

Departs 10:00 am at the David Brower Center, Berkeley, returns at 7:00 pm.

Lunch and Dinner optional, not included in the ticket price.
Tours depart rain or shine. Tickets are not refundable but can be transferred.
