Stage Door
Based on the effervescent 1937 film Stage Door, staring Katharine Hepburn and Ginger Rogers, this parody retains its humor and pathos. When a society girl decides to see if she can make it on the New York stage, her life is complicated by a womanizing producer, wise-cracking show girls, and the other hopefuls she lives with in a theatrical boarding house. Staged in glorious black and white, this MSA production blends music and drama to create a fast-paced comedy that will be sure to touch your heart.
