Societe Presents Dulye's Mess Hall
Societe Brewing Company has teamed up with Chef Adam Dulye, formerly of Monk's Kettle in San Francisco, to bring you a beer and food pairing event unlike anything else we've done in the past. Served family style, each course can be paired with multiple suggested beers, with each beer bringing its own character to the pairing. See below for the anticipated menu.
Reception:
Selection of cured meats & cheeses with pickled vegetables, olives, candied nuts, mustards, chutneys, grilled bread & crackers
First:
Summer vegetable Panzanella of wood-grilled summer corn & asparagus, English peas, radish, roasted & marinated heirloom carrots, arugula, pickled onions, green goddess crema & grilled levain
Second:
Wood grilled pork rib-eye & roast pork leg, confit pork belly & shelling bean cassoulet, fennel & blackberry agro dolce
Third:
Dark chocolate carrot cake, cocoa nib crumble & wood grilled bananas foster
This dinner will also allow you to drink our newest Feral beer, The Thief.
