Question: Hello, I have attended the festival for the last 2 years. I live on Vancouver Island. In the past I have taken the Victoria Express passenger ferry which sold a package that included the return ferry trip, a bus from Port Angeles and back as well as admission to the festival (including the buses to the farms). Will there be a similar "package" available this year?
Answer: The Victoria Express is no longer running, but the Coho Ferry from Victoria will have ticket packages for drive-on as well as walk-on passengers with bus travel to the Festival just like before. So it will work the same as before. The package may not yet be up on the Coho website, but it will be there soon. Check our website for more info as well - Scott
Question: We have a Chihuahua dog and was wondering if he is welcome at the fair and tour shuttle?
Answer: Dogs are not allowed on the farms as they create problems, regardless of the size. We do have an excellent dog sitting service at Lavender in the Park run by Olympic Gentle Paws.
Question: Are these tickets in place of the buttons that we have purchased in the past? Is there tax on these tickets?
Answer: This is like a will call ticket, your turn it in at the first farm you visit and receive the button. This way buttons don't have to be mailed and you have a variety of ticket options.
