Emmet Cohen and the Emmet Cohen Trio
Join us for an evening of dinner and jazz featuring jazz piano phenom Emmet Cohen and the Emmet Cohen Trio.
A fully catered buffet dinner menu will be served starting at 6:00 PM. Music will begin at 7:00 PM. Seating will be at tables of 8. Seating preferences will be on a first-come first-served basis. To make seating arrangements please call (908) 273-3846. All seating arrangements are final.
Emmet Cohen
At 24, jazz pianist Emmet Cohen has quickly become one of the most in demand musicians in New York. A finalist in both the 2011 Thelonious Monk International Piano Competition and the 2015 American Pianists Association's Fellowship, Cohen plays with the maturity and confidence of a seasoned veteran. With astonishing technique and an innovative harmonic palate, Emmet engenders a deep musical bond with his audience. Cohen has shared the bandstand with a plethora of musical luminaries, working regularly with Kurt Elling, Herlin Riley, Ali Jackson, Brian Lynch, Billy Hart, Jimmy Heath, and many others. He completed a bachelors in music at the University of Miami and a masters degree at the Manhattan School of Music. This piano phenom can be found playing either piano or Hammond B3 Organ in New York City and all over the world.
