Satori Rebellion
Satori Rebellion is a 3-piece Chicago band with a modern mix of reggae, punk, hip-hop, and EDM, Satori Rebellion brings the groove to the Buddhist notion of mindfulness, repetition and "being in the moment." (Satori is a Japanese word describing a state of enlightenment.) The result is hip-hop with a "live" feel, featuring the rapid-fire verbal skills of rapper/guitarist BennyG, the Minutemen-inspired bass of Bungaloon/OTS instructor Rod Gingrich, and the ferocious gymnastics of drummer/breakdancer Eric Leib.
