CNU Cascadia 2011 Summit
The Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) Cascadia Chapter invites you to join its members from British Columbia, Washington, and Oregon for their annual Cascadia Regional Summit, this year in Portland.

INCLUDING STEVE MOUZON AND KINGSTON HEATH....
AND ALL FOR THE SAME LOW PRICE OF $35.

This year's summit features three great speakers with newly published books.

Steve Mouzon is an architect and urbanist whose new book The Original Green frames sustainability in commonsense, plain spoken-terms. Steve will speak about "the sustainability our ancestors knew by heart."

Kingston Heath is Professor of Historic Preservation at University of Oregon whose new book, Vernacular Architecture and Regional Design bases sustainability in response to social, cultural and environmental conditions of urban and architectural places. Kingston calls for an "eco-centric" architecture.

Ross Chapin has designed and developed Pocket Neighborhoods for 15 years.  His clustered communities that have received significant national media coverage, professional peer review and national awards.  His new book is Pocket Neighborhoods: Creating Small Scale Community in a Large Scale World.
