Unexpected Pairings: Wine and Chinese Food
Join Trac Le and Linh Phu in the second of an occasional dinner series featuring wine and Asian food. During this multi-course meal, you will learn and taste how to pair wine with the traditional flavors of Chinese cuisine. A educational and exuberant event, this will be no ordinary Friday night. As always, we will punctuate tasting with conversation and learning, and we promise you an palate-opening experience.
