Meat Men Sausage and Beer Pairing
We had so much fun at the last event with The Meat Men that we are doing it again!
Albert, the man behind the sausage, will be joining us with his hand-crafted, small-batch dry sausages.
Four of their artisan sausages will be paired with four, 8 oz pours of Thorn Street Brewery's beers!
Albert will speak about how the sausages are made as well as discuss the pairing and TSB brewer, Dan Enjam, will discuss the beers, the pairing and the brewing process!
Tickets will be capped at 40 for this event, to keep an intimate feel and encourage discussion about all things beer and meat!
