Preserving The Harvest - 3 Classes
One of the pleasures of a heavy summer harvest is being able to preserve produce for the winter. We have classes featuring jams & jelly making, pickling and tomato sauce. Join us to learn how to take your favorite summer fruits and turn them into a tasty treat that you can enjoy all year long.
Session I - Jams & Jellies Making Saturday June 20, 2 PM 4 PM
Session 2 - Pickles & Fermenting - July 18 2 PM 4 PM
Session 3 - Tomato Sauce - August 15, 2 PM 4 PM
Registration is required; $30/class non-member, $25/class member. Children ages 8-12 free when accompanied by an adult.
