Farm City Chautauqua: Communal Table: Counter Culture
An evening of kitchen gadget experimentation exploring the relationship of design forms and flavor function -- inspired by "Counter Space" an exhibit at MOMA closing May 7, 2011. Experiece how different tools inform recipes. We will dice, shred, puree, toast, waffle, and generally make a cacophony of tastes and sounds. Prepare yourself for good messy hands-on fun! And get ready to eat the results of our collective labor.
