The key focus of these trainings will be on Intellectual and Developmental Disability services and interventions but all providers are invited.

General description: Will help you identify the specific documentation needed to support service requests. It will address the rationale for the needed documentation. The training will explain how to summarize a clinical presentation, define the intensity of intervention, and assure needs are being addressed in relation to the service request.
