Friday Supper Club at the Cannery Cafe
Please join us as Cannery Executive Chef and Oakland pop-up pro Jeff Rosen creates a memorable supper for your dining pleasure. LOCAL KING SALMON!
Three course Dinner includes:
*Chef's choice snack
*Roasted baby Coke Farms organic beets with their greens, B & J Ranch ruby grapefruit, avocado, lemon walnut dressing and Maldon sea salt
*Pan Roasted local King salmon with Tuscan salsa verde, soft polenta and garlicky escarole
(Vegetarian option: Whole roasted Early Girl tomato stuffed with cous cous, red lentils, roast garlic and basil atop a bed of creamed leeks)
*Blueberry galettes with crème Chantilly
Includes lemonade, ice tea and coffee
