Dinner and Tasting Menu:
First course: Steamed clams paired with Hoodsport Rhubarb Wine
Second course: Kiana's Signature Salmon with Hoodsport Island Belle
Third course: Barbecued Skewers of Pork, Chicken and Lamb with tzatziki sauce paired wtih Eagle Mount Cab Franc
Fourth course: Chocolate Mousse garnished wtih blueberries and paired with Hoodsport Blueberry Wine
