The Addams Family - a New Musical Comedy
Gomez, Morticia and all the characters you know and love have summoned the ancestors to assemble for the annual tribute to what it means to be an Addams. As the ancestors attempt to return to the crypt, they discover that it has been locked by Fester because "We have a problem". - little Wednesday (now grown up) is in love with a "normal" boy and Fester will not allow the ancestors to return to their rest until love triumphs.
Wednesday and Lucas want to bring the two families together for dinner in order to announce their engagement. The though sends the family into a dither of worry and preparation for "ONE NORMAL NIGHT". Lucas's family, from Ohio, arrives and the "game" begins after dinner.
They may be "creepy and kooky" but we find out that "normal" is a subjective idea and that love can triumph in this funny musical based on the comic strip characters.
