The Passion, Pleasure And Possibilities of Claiming Your Orgasm
What is it that blocks you from experiencing the orgasms, pleasure and release you most want in sex? How can you begin to shift your experience and open up to more pleasure, more ecstasy, more give and take? In this workshop with Amy Jo Goddard, you will experience in-depth discussions, movement and practices that will help you claim the passion, possibilities and pleasure of your orgasm.
Participants will:
- identify the 5 most common blocks to opening up to pleasure and orgasm
- tap into the wellspring of sexual energy that is always available to you
- explore the four tools of orgasm and pleasure so you can bring them into your solo and partnered life
- create embodied practices that build and nourish your sexual energy
