Larry Flynt & David Eisenbach: How Presidential Sex Lives Changed History
Ben Franklin saved the American Revolution by seducing French women, and a sex scandal set America on the path to the Civil War. You might not have learned that in third grade, but in fact, say historian/media observer David Eisenbach and Hustler publisher Larry Flynt and, the sex lives of America's presidents have had a tangible effect on our policy and history. The authors of One Nation Under Sex reflect on the sexual mores of eras past and present, along with the evolving role of the press, and how America can reform its politics to account for human nature. Presented by the Town Hall Center for Civic Life, with Elliott Bay Book Company. Series media sponsorship provided by PubliCola. Series supported by The Boeing Company Charitable Trust and the RealNetworks Foundation.
