Classic Tiki Cocktails
Learn the techniques, and industry secrets, behind making tiki cocktails. Spend two hours with two of the country's best tiki bartenders Phoebe Esmon and Christian Gaal, of The Yachtsman in Philadelphia, as they teach you how to make (and drink) classic tiki cocktails.
The event will include four tiki drinks, food provided by Eventide Oyster Co and recipe cards so you can get tiki at home.
This event is part of the Rum Riots, a cocktail-centric weekend focused on education and celebrating the world of sprits. Event sponsors are Plantation Rum, Papas Pilar Rum and Bow Street Distributing.
