Blues Artist Ana Popovic has been non-stop traveling the globe since she was given a much coveted nomination for Best Contemporary Female Blues Artist for 2014. She's about to hit Boise this summer for the first time!
Blue Sky Productions NW is bringing Ana and her Mo' Love band to the Sapphire Room at the Riverside Hotel as a part of her 2015 US Tour and to kick off Blue Sky's Rock n' Blues Series which will bring legendary blues artist Eric Bibb to Boise in September as well. This marks not only Ana's first stop in Boise but's it's also Blue Sky's first musical promotion in Idaho!

Her album 'Can You Stand The Heat' was a "Pick Of The Week" by USA Today and was featured on NPR Music. Ana Popovic was born in Belgrade (formerly Yugoslavia) and grew up in a warm and loving family where music was very important. All throughout her youth, her father would invite friends over for nightly jam sessions. In this atmosphere, she quickly learned her fathers impressive blues and soul record collection, grabbed his guitar and started playing at the age of fifteen. Since then, Ana has developed into an phenomenal guitarist/vocalist with a growing legion of fans throughout the world.
Ana has shared headlining stages with B.B. King, Robert Cray, Buddy Guy, Robert Randolph, Warren Haynes, Jonny Lang and many many others.
