Five sour beers presented by Owner/CEO Jacob McKean. Each of these beers spent fifteen months aging in barrels with a mix of cultures sourced from all over the world.

Rampart Junction red wine barrel-aged peach sour
Oracle of the Bottle red wine barrel-aged Cabernet grape sour
Palace of Cracked Heads red wine barrel-aged nectarine sour
Six ounces of each beer, artisinal cheese and baguette
$65 inclusive of tax and gratuity.
