Nomad Donut and Beer Pairing at Thorn Street Brewery: First Sesson
Because of the incredible response we received on Facebook, we decided the best way to make sure everyone got donuts and beer was to have people pre-buy tickets. This ticket is for the first session which starts at 12:30.
Here is the planned menu for the pairing though there may be some last minute changes too.
1) sweet corn, jalapeño & carnitas cake donut/ CHILECABRA PALE ALE glaze/ smoked cheddar crumble
*paired with GOLDEN HILLS PILS
2) SANTOS STOUT custard/ pink lady apple chai glaze/ toasted macadamia nuts
*paired with CASTAWAY COCONUT PORTER
3) 007 PALE ALE maple, brown sugar custard/ chocolate coffee chipotle glaze
*paired with SANTOS STOUT
