Hidden Treasures from the Cellar
On Tuesday, January 25th, Back Forty will welcome Garrett Oliver of Brooklyn Brewery to host an event celebrating some unreleased and vintage specialty bottling's from the Brooklyn cellar. We'll feature tastings of the Wild Brooklyn 1, Monster Ale dating back to 2004 and conclude with some hard to get old Black Chocolate Stout. The beers
will be paired with a four course menu of wintry dishes including red maine shrimp, house made cotechino sausage and braised pork shanks with wild mushrooms and madeira.
$103 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
*note*- groups of 2 or more should buy tickets in the same time slot under the same name to insure that seats are together.
