When it is scientifically proven that the entire universe only exists in the dream of a sleeping turtle, humanity must grapple with the fear (and the fun!) of futility. The show opens just as this crazy revelation is leaked to the public and tracks the fallout within political circles, family dynamics, and sensationalist media.
