This is a rare opportunity to hear Clare Murphy, one of the world's foremost yarn spinners. The show will be a mixture of traditional tales, myth, and personal stories. Clare masterfully brings the past and present together, combining ancient myths and legends to today. Kevin Kling, best known for his popular commentaries on National Public Radio's All Things Considered and his storytelling stage shows like Tales from the Charred Underbelly of the Yule Log, delivers hilarious, often tender stories. Kling's autobiographical tales are as enchanting as they are true to life: hopping freight trains, getting hit by lightning, performing his banned play in Czechoslovakia, growing up in Minnesota, and eating things before knowing what they are.
Clare Muireann Murphy is a contemporary storyteller and writer. Dublin born but based in London Clare performs around London theatres and art galleries, as well as many other venues around England, Ireland Europe and the Americas. She also collaborates with artists, teachers, companies & universities around the world.
