Can cheeses can be crunchy? Yes, if they are great cheeses that are well-aged and develop amino acid crystals. Please join us February 1 at 7:30 at d.b.a Brooklyn, 113 N. 7th St. when we present seven of the finest hard cheeses available to New Yorkers and pair them with seven superb beers from the d.b.a list. I'll discuss the cheese and Ray Deter will go on and on and on about the wonderful beers. The event will run till almost 9. Expect tons of crunchy fun!
