Felician College Little Theater The Little Theater was formerly the carriage house of the Ivison family who resided in Rutherford's historic landmark known as "the Castle", which today stands majestically on Felician College's Rutherford campus. In the 1940's, the carriage house became part of Fairleigh Dickinson University and was converted into the "Estelle Liebling Little Theater", named for the renowned opera singer who served as its artistic director.
