Burlesque 101 with Scarlette Revolver
Burlesque is an age-old form of striptease and dance focusing on the "tease". This class will cover a brief history of burlesque, some easy to learn dance steps, and the basics of "peeling" that will have you eager to learn more! Feel sexy, feel confident, and most of all have fun! Burlesque comes in ALL shapes and sizes...so don't be shy! Don't forget to invite your friends.
This is an introductory class, so no prior dance experience is necessary! Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring a pair of heels.

About the Instructor: Scarlette Revolver has been a performer since childhood. With a background in theatre, music, and dance she came into burlesque 2 1/2 years ago after being an independent fire performance artist for many years. She is the founder and producer of Saint Cloud MN's premier burlesque revue Carnivale Revolver. She has performed throughout the Midwest with productions such as Black Hearts Burlesque, Toil & Trouble Productions, The Midnight Muse - Rochester, MN, Hot Dish Cabaret, Bad Weather Burlesque, Bawdy Blue: A Burlesque Revue, Red Carpet Burlesque Productions, and many more! She is known for her versatile performances ranging from sideshow acts to classic burlesque. She has nearly six years experience as an instructor, teaching yoga, pilates, burlesque, hoop dance, and Pin-Up 101 styling classes.
