Get ready to shake your tail feather at our spring chicken-inspired cooking class with chef Dmitry Elperin. Join us at The Village Pub and enjoy a few hours at the helm of the kitchen while chef Dmitry discusses and demonstrates a selection of his favorite butchering and cooking techniques. By the end of the day, you will have mastered the art of trussing, confiting, roasting, braising, and frying (fried chicken!) the perfect bird. After instruction, you will enjoy a lunch of the dishes, alongside chicken-friendly wine pairings plucked from the cellar by our sommelier team.
